Booking Rules

• Third-party bookings are not accepted. Please contact us personally as the actual guest.

• Guests under 18 years old are not accepted.

• Guests with G6PD deficiency (favism) or who are sensitive to camphor should not book the four-person room.

• Room assignments are made by the homestay and cannot be selected or guaranteed.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

⏰ If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance and confirm your estimated arrival time.

• Guests who arrive after 5:00 PM without contacting us in advance will be considered a NO-SHOW and no refund will be provided. For platform bookings, please contact the booking platform’s customer service for assistance.

• After mutual confirmation and completing the check-in registration process in advance, we can wait for you free of charge until 9:00 PM at the latest.

• Check-in after 9:00 PM requires prior confirmation and is subject to a waiting fee of NT$200 per hour. Any period of less than one hour will be charged as one full hour.

Upon check-in:

• Please present valid identification for all guests.

• Please pay any outstanding balance upon arrival.

🚗 Transportation & Pick-up Service

• The homestay does not provide free transportation or pick-up services.

• If needed, we can help arrange paid transportation, including transfers to and from train/bus stations and local attractions.

• Please inform us in advance if you require this service.

🔇 Facilities & Safety

• No smoking, no betel nut chewing, and no illegal substances.

• Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing other guests.

• No elevator.

• No air conditioning or heating.

• No breakfast, towels, or toiletries are provided.

• Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms.

• High-power electrical appliances are not allowed, including electric cookers, induction cookers, hot plates, hair dryers, and similar appliances.

• Charging mobile phones, laptops, cameras, and other personal electronic devices is allowed.

• As we are located in a mountain area, insects may occasionally be present. Please consider this before booking.

• 24-hour surveillance cameras are installed in public areas and on the property for security purposes.

📌 Other Important Information

• Guests are responsible for any damage to facilities or excessive cleaning/hygiene issues caused during their stay.

• Lost items will be kept for one month. Items not collected within one month will be considered abandoned.

• Guests participating in sunrise tours or activities are considered to have checked out once they leave the homestay for the activity.
